What is a sublimated mug?
Sublimation is a printing process where special ink is heated until it turns into a gas and bonds into a coated mug surface and is most practical for full color photograph types of images. The result is a smooth, bright design that does not have any feel to the touch.
Are sublimated mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes — quality sublimated mugs are generally dishwasher safe. That said, some dishwashers run very hot or use harsh cycles. For the longest life and to keep colors looking their best for many years, abrasive free hand washing is recommended.
Can I provide my own photo or logo?
Absolutely, that is actually preferred. Use the form to send a message and (optionally) upload an image. If you have a specific idea (colors, names, dates),
include it in the notes.

What image can I use?
Providing full color image of what you would like is recommended. My ability to help design is limited. I will be happy to provide a sample proof of the final design for your review before a production run.
